The Climate Change Performance Index (CCPI), published annually since 2005, is an independent monitoring tool for tracking countries’ climate mitigation performance.

It is released by Germanwatch, New Climate Institute & Climate Action Network.

Performance is assessed in four categories: GHG Emissions, Renewable Energy, Energy Use, and Climate Policy.
